Koala came to life in 2019, but our story began years before. Though proud of their work, they saw the challenges; huge costs, long-build times and a lack of flexibility in the UX, to name but a few. What’s more, industry leading digital ordering experiences were only available to the biggest players who could afford to build and manage them.
